| Beginning in 2012, National Accounts Participation Agreement (NAPA) verification requires all background checks must be completed for all Franchise owners and Franchise employees annually and should be on file in the Franchise office. If Franchisees have reason to suspect an employee may have been charged with a crime, a background check for that employee should be conducted immediately. The Franchisee also has the responsibility to notify the Franchisor of any conviction of a Franchise owner or Franchise employee for a felony or any type of assault. Quick Search has partnered with SERVPRO® Corporate to offer special services to all Franchises as a part of the Preferred Vendor Program to fulfill these background screening requirements. |
